Cancellation, Reschedule, Late & No Show Policies

 Must authorize Beauty FX & Lash to charge credit card on file for agreed upon services / purchases. There will be NO charges to the card unless you fail to cancel / reschedule 48 hours before your appointment. Information will be securely saved to file within the booking system to secure future appointments. 

The card on file will be charged the full service amount if you fail to appear to your appointment without contacting Beauty FX and Lash (No Show). 

 A 48 hour notice is required if you need to cancel / reschedule your appointment. 

CANCELLING / RESCHEDULING within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 25% of the service amount. 

SAME DAY cancellation / reschedule will result in a fee of 50% of the service amount.

All NO CALL / NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount. This charge will occur a half hour after no contact. 

All rescheduling and or changes need to be made online via Vagaro (booking system used to schedule appointment) before 48 hours of your appointment. 

Your appointment starts and ends at the time that it is scheduled, arriving a few minutes early will help ensure you get your full amount of time! 

There is a zero refund policy. In the unfortunate event you might be allergic, we will offer you a free removal once swelling has subsided.

 We appreciate you understanding that we do not allow children to wait in the lobby or service rooms. If this so happens, your appointment will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled around child care. You will be charged a cancellation fee for that service.

We also ask that you refrain from bringing guests to your service. 

The parking lot can get a little busy throughout the day. Please allow extra time to find a parking space (behind Zin Burger there is more parking). Arriving a little early will allow you your full service time. 

Beauty FX & Lash By Alexia is located inside of "Lash Studio" at 1865 E. River Road Suite 151. On the NW corner of Campbell & River directly across from Anthony's Cigar, in the same building complex as Zin Burger next to Q Nail-Lounge. 
 

The code to enter the studio will be sent to you VIA email, so please check your email once you are notified that your appointment has been approved.

 It is super important that your lashes are free of any makeup! This will affect retention if there is any residue left. I would encourage you not to wear mascara/eyeshadow/falsies a day leading up tp your lash appointment. There is a "powder room" located in the far back side of the studio where you can remove any make up near your eyes, and wash your lashes with your oil-free makeup remover and lash cleanser. If you do not have any remover/lash wash formulated for eyelash extensions, Lash Aftercare products are available in studio for purchase.

If your current lash extensions are far grown out, damaged and or less than 40% remaining, this will result in a new Full Set and possible reschedule if there is not an adequate amount of time to complete the Full Set service. I do not rush or compromise my artistry, but will do my best and what's possible with the time given. Going over 4 weeks may also result in a new Full Set due to the remaining grown out lashes needing to be removed and replaced. 

Please limit your caffeine intake before your appointment. This is a very relaxing (and extremely detailed) service and your eyes will need to be calm. Feel free to bring headphones to listen to podcasts, an audiobook, or your favorite station. There are other relaxing services taking place within the studio so please silence your cell phone.  Come ready to relax and to possibly nap. This is your time to unwind and take some time for yourself! ♥️
